Benefits of Peppermint

History shows a wide range of uses for peppermint as an essential oil, which has been used for over 200 years in ancient Rome and Egypt. The essential oil is often used as a home remedy for #stomachproblems, #musclepain, and #headaches. #Peppermint oil is often used to support health as it's effective in relieving #anxiety, #pain, and #vomiting, as well as improving #memory. The aroma of peppermint oil has been shown to improve memory and raise #alertness, stimulate mental activity, clear the mind, and increase focus on cognitive tasks. By stimulating circulation, it increases oxygen in the brain, leading to higher cognitive function and protection against neurally degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Use peppermint after a long stressful day, to sooth mental fatigue, migraine, stress, depression and mental exhaustion. Peppermint is also very effective against restlessness.

According to findings, peppermint oil exhibits antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, antioxidant, analgesic, radioprotective, and antiedema properties.


Contraindications: Avoid during pregnancy, with nursing mothers or children under 3years old. Too much peppermint oil can cause allergic reaction, heartburn, and headaches.
