Hello everyone, I hope you're all coping well with this.
Since there is very little information in the mainstream news about how to support your immune system and how important this is in order to fight off this virus and many more to come, I would like to share with you a simple Ayurvedic protocol to follow, which came from the Charaka Samhita and has had remarkable results. The symptoms of COVID-19, especially the most severe restrictions in breathing, congestion of fluid in the lungs and fever have been alleviated with this treatment.
This entire treatment protocol requires only simple ingredients from the kitchen so that it is accessible to all.
Fundamentally, I believe that the body has an innate ability to balance and heal itself and using ancient wisdom to support these functions is a step away from the reliance on pharmaceutical drugs and indoctrination that we need them in the way they are being sold to us.
This is a 7-day plan for the elimination of the symptoms of Covid-19
from the Ayurvedic Clinic, Ayurveda Institute UK and
the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK
These instructions must be followed carefully.
It is also necessary to follow all official guidelines on quarantine and safety measures. Follow all instructions for remedies 1-7 below for 7-days.
If there is no improvement in the breathing or coughing after 4-5 days you can also follow the instructions for the vomiting treatment (remedy 8).
Only if you have not experienced any production of fluid / phlegm from the lungs and if you feel physically strong enough should you undergo the final stage of vomiting.
If you don’t feel able to do this, in any event continuing to follow the other parts of the treatment (remedies 1-7), the fluid in the lungs should come out slowly and may take up to 14 days.
